Health professionals can make a significant difference to people’s health by making those at risk aware of how important it is to make sure they get enough Vitamin D and how they can get access to these important daily supplements.
I concur with the cabinet secretary that the UK Government’s decision to freeze work allowances will cut the incomes of those who are in work and who are working hard to get out of poverty. Will he join me in calling on the Chancellor of the Exchequer to significantly increase the work allowance in this week’s budget?
Scottish ministers and their political advisers overstepped the mark in the matter. Can we get a question, please? What guarantee can the First Minister give that the behaviour that she thinks is “standard practice” will stop?
In other words, we contribute our share of funding to the pot so that Scottish researchers can bid into it and get funding back. We do not get anything for nothing, even though Richard Simpson wants to give the impression that we do.
