I attended the reception at lunch time today—I thank the sponsors—but I will show my age by saying that listening to the name sweet gale has left me with the Lou Reed refrain, "Sweet Jane" running through my head all day; that is about a very different plant with very different properties.I first came across sweet gale in a magazine article a couple of months ago—as a woman, I have to say that when we see a magazine article about wonderful new advances in skin care, we read it.
