UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: Parts 1 and 3 - Section 3 - Duration of the section 1(1) power
Section 3(1) provides that the Scottish Ministers' power to regulate expires ten years from the date it comes into force.
Subsection (2) provides that Scottish Ministers may, on a rolling basis, extend that 10-year period by periods of up to five years.
