We are encouraging other sports, as well. 11:45 One really interesting initiative is positive coaching in schools, which is run by the Winning Scotland Foundation and funded by the Scottish Government. The foundation has a bank of athletes, many of whom are household names or will be in future because they are up-and-coming athletes for 2014.
