My basic concern is monopolies, which are not a good thing because we do not get competition with them. There is evidence that we do not get competition in the sense of people being prepared to look very carefully at what they do.
How will we manage that situation in relation to the individuals involved? How do we get GPs to get the message over to those women who have been through the procedure and who have had an adverse reaction, and to women who are concerned?
