Further studies into the location of each of the following organisations will now be undertaken, and they will be completed by the dates shown. Having reached that point, we were right to press on and implement the order at the earliest date. We did that in June and, as Fiona McLeod said, we explained to the Presiding Officer our reason for doing so—it was because we were particularly committed to implementation at the earliest date.
