Post-legislative scrutiny: The Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 - Expenditure/costs of lobbying
Additionally, in order to ease expenditure recording, SALT proposed a campaign approach to recording lobbying activity, noting that “most [campaigns] will involve multiple contacts with politicians”and this would allow individual entries to be linked to a stated campaign.
