The FFOR sets out the payments into, payments out from and balance of the Scotland Reserve for both resource and capital. It also lays out the Scottish Government's intended drawdowns form the Reserve in 2018-19.
The Committee also invites the UK Government to extend clause 5 of the Bill so that a report can be issued in advance of the laying of regulations under clause 2 by both the UK Government for SIs and by the Scottish Government for SSIs.
