Stage 1 Report on the Tied Pubs (Scotland) Bill - Financial memorandum
The funding model in the bill would mean that pub-owning companies bear the majority of the ongoing costs of the Scottish pub code adjudicator's office. These costs will be met by an annual levy on those businesses covered by the code, and follows the model used in the 2015 Act.
