COSLA and Social Work Scotland
National Care Service Bill – at the time of writing this submission, Scottish Government has reached an initial agreement with Local Government and the NHS about accountability arrangements for the NCS. Overall legal accountability will be shared between Scottish Government, the NHS and local government.
