I was struck by the comment in Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s response that, in the 12 months to February 2017, “37% of suicide reviews were carried out within 3 months from the date of death.” I do not feel that that can be deemed to be a reasonable level, given what we have heard from the petitioner.
