To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will give the reason for its interpretation of section 7a of EU council directive 91/492 which lays down the health conditions for the production and placing on the market of live bivalve molluscs.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to introduce a ban on tobacco advertising and sponsorship. The Scottish Executive will lay regulations before the Scottish Parliament introducing a ban on tobacco advertising and sponsorship.
For those four cities, that is probably about £1.5 million, but there are another 28 authorities to account for. The £1.7 million figure is therefore probably an underestimate.
Those criteria are not exclusive, but provide an indication of the sort of things that must be taken into account when deciding whether a charity provides public benefit.
