To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide a date for the commencement of its proposed review of possession grounds within the private rented sector, and whether third sector organisations will have an opportunity to feed into the review. The Housing (Scotland) Bill introduces a requirement on the Scottish Ministers to carry out a review of the repossession grounds under the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 within 2 years of the day after Royal Assent and lay a report before Parliament.This provision will be commenced in the current parliamentary term.The views and experiences of landlords and tenants will be considered as part of the review.
