We are concerned that any new PEO rules will not be Aarhus-compliant. • The Report notes the introduction of an exemption for court fees for Aarhus cases in the Court of Session in July 2022. We welcomed this change in July 2022 subject to the caveat 33 that the fee exemption does not extend to Sheriff Court cases.
