Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill - Standards and regulation of services
In relation to reporting, the Scottish Recovery Consortium, and others, raised concerns that "it is not clear how the reporting arrangements interact with other requirements, such as those laid out in the MAT standards, nor is there an indication of action to be taken if the assessment is that a response to the requirements of the Act is inadequate".
