Clawback has been used previously when farms have been sold from estates to tenants; I assume that those tenants used bank finance to support the purchases.
That is, of course, of great importance to Scotland not only as a home for banks but in terms of our businesses, which require much better access to finance.
That being so, the expectation is that stage 3 of the bill will be in December. Clearly, the date will be set by Parliament. I am not privy to the actual date, but I am aware that it will be some time in December.
