I hesitate, because of the practicalities, to say that it will be finalised by a certain date. We do not want to find ourselves unable to meet a particular date.
For example, it might be someone saying that they do not know what to do with the bank or utilities. It is often very practical things—those are the sorts of examples that I hear about.
