Again, to be clear, I and all the staff in the office are receptive to discussions with people to gain a proper understanding of why they might feel that an initial decision that I have made is wrong.
There might be a role for politicians and for the committee to discuss fair work not just with unions, where it gets a good reception, but with employers, because we know that employers with certain types of business models expose the rest of society to costs.

They are also responsible for ensuring that their reception staff are fully trained in prioritising appointment requests and making such bookings appropriately in accordance with practice procedures.
For example, I attended the first birthday reception for the college that was held in the Parliament on Tuesday 1 October, which was jointly hosted by Colin Beattie MSP and Kezia Dugdale MSP.
Routine body searching of young people as part of routine cell searches, following visits and within reception have been discontinued, with Standard Operating Procedures in place.
