To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to replicate the £250 million programme to tackle fuel poverty in England and Wales, given that an estimated £5 million of funding initially committed to the Warm Deal programme has now been allocated elsewhere. To March 2006 we spent almost£276 million on fuel poverty programmes.
