In the context of discussing legislative approaches to such matters, I encourage the Executive to consider not only bodies that are under its control, but also some of the legislation that has been approved for setting up those commissioner bodies, to ensure that there is accountability for financially linked decisions such as location decisions, and that there is a proper mechanism for accountability.
