ACTION – SPPC will re-circulate the letter to the group for interest 3.2 Strategic Framework for Action: 5 years on Bob Doris sent a letter to Jeane Freeman on 08 January 2021 outlining the main points from the group’s discussion relating to the Strategic Framework for Action (December 2020). The group were updated that the SNP Manifesto prior to the election included the following commitment: “We will appoint a new National Clinical Lead for Palliative and End of Life Care for Scotland, who will be responsible for overseeing a national strategy for palliative and end of life care that takes a whole system, public health approach.” 4.
