We have seen that even in what the Bank of England thinks about the economy and the decisions that it is making—because it is hearing very different signals about wage growth and the economy.
Given that you do not have an accurate pricing for building on Portobello park, as I understand it, because the tender is now out of date, is that £13.4 million an out-of-date figure?
