Report tracking the work of the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee 2021-22 - Non-Domestic Rates
The primary purpose of the Bill therefore, was to extend this rule to cover both net annual value and rateable value and to cover the period back to 2 April 2020, the date on which the Scottish Government amended the definition of “material change of circumstances” (MCC) to exclude changes in economic circumstances.

The scheme allows victims to receive information from the Scottish Prison Service about an offender's release, date of death within prison, transfer outwith Scotland, eligibility for temporary release, and escape and return to prison.

I am pleased to say that there has been good progress at official level in agreeing the terms of a draft reference and I am hopeful that it will be formally agreed in the near future.

A few days later I got a letter cancelling this appointment and then another letter with a new appointment date of 28/09/21.
On Friday 10/09/21 I received a phone call from the Department to say they’re cancelling the appointment for the 28th Sept and offered me one for 15th September instead.
