Again, I suggest to Mary Scanlon that that is testimony to the favourable business environment that the Executive has created in Scotland.As others have said, the contact centre industry is still relativity young and the market is competitive. Most of all, I went to listen to and learn from local people, their community leaders and their elected representatives.I took inspiration and advice from the members of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association here who visited Malawi in February and produced such a helpful report. I learned much from the churches and non-governmental organisations too.
