Would the ability to make that work depend not just on buy-in by the UK to the idea that there should be a differentiated solution, but on the whole UK approach to regulation of business, and what flows from that, being tied to EU regulation?
We have been working in Neilston since 2004 and we have a spectrum of projects, ranging from the community right to buy of a local asset to the production of a strategic visioning document for Neilston in the form of the town charter.
We have set up technical user groups to address that. We must get the what-to-buy decision right, and the how-to-buy decision must follow so that there is not a disconnect.
Contact with siblings can be a reassuring link to the family home that might come without the pressures that parental contact can often bring, such as supervision and assessment.

The SFTF leads on wider activities for Fairtrade Fortnight and my officials are in regular contact with them to identify where the Scottish Government can add value to the promotion of Fairtrade Fortnight 2011.
