Report on the Revised Draft National Planning Framework 4 - Local Place Plans
Ailsa Raeburn of Community Land Scotland in evidence to the Committee stressed the importance of local place plans and of resourcing communities to properly engage with them. She noted that to date there have not been many local place plans and suggested that in some cases those plans have been ignored.
