Financial Memorandum Fuel Poverty (Scotland) Bill

In terms of the costs of publishing, the Bill would require four reports to the target date of 2040. Based on the publication costs for the most recent fuel poverty reports (published in 2016), the Scottish Government would expect the publication costs of each report to be in the range of £2,000.
