Remit: To consider and report on the Scottish Government’s response to COVID-19 including the operation of powers under the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act, the Coronavirus Act and any other legislation in relation to the response to COVID-19 and any secondary legislation arising from the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act and any other legislation in relation to the response to COVID-19.
Shared Parenting Scotland, written submission. The Scottish Government previously explored introducing a role similar to the parenting co-ordinator role suggested by Shared Parenting Scotland.
A significant number of respondents saw the creation of a new investment bank as an opportunity to improve the current investment landscape in Scotland and to develop sustainable economic growth such as the Bank’s proposed mission to support Scotland’s transition to a low carbon economy.
In the case of the Scottish Human Rights Commission, we looked at bids that it had made in anticipation of parliamentary bills and we took the view that we would wait and see what Parliament’s view of those bills was before we allowed those additional increases.
