To ask the Scottish Government, in light of alcohol licence applications being lodged by online distributors that can distribute across the UK, what its position is on how locally-led licensing regimes can respond to online sales.
We have done a huge amount of work online and have found that a number of small businesses have stepped up and are now able to trade effectively online.

The Scottish Government has supported the development and publication of the Addressing Dyslexia toolkit ( http://addressingdyslexia.org/home ) to support those working with children and young people in schools in the identification and support of pupils with dyslexia. There are also free online modules for practitioners – the Career Long Professional Learning for Dyslexia Route Map and professional online training.

To ask the Scottish Government what action it will take to address the level of problem online gambling. Betting, gaming and lotteries are reserved matters and their regulation is therefore primarily the responsibility of the UK Government.
