We are getting quicker all the time. May’s performance was much better than April’s and we continue to focus on getting additional staff into place at the right time and making sure that our staff are appropriately trained and developed.
Even in those areas of rural Scotland, most new homes are not reliant on such forms of heating. Officials may want to come in on how we would measure that.
The three of us represent three different groups. l will start with some initial remarks, and I will then focus more on the business side, which you mentioned.

Proposed future business At its next meeting, 18 May, the Committee expects to consider its Annual Report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017 and review the format of the Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament.
As soon as a Public Bill (i.e. a Government, Committee or Member s Bill) has completed Stage 1, ’ amendments for consideration at Stage 2 may be lodged; and as soon as Stage 2 is completed, amendments for Stage 3 consideration may be lodged.
