I, too, am pleased to hear that Lynda Clark will take on a new role, in which I wish her well.The bill will facilitate the objective that was set forth—abolishing the feudal system—by converting to ownership instances of what could be termed de facto ownership, in which a tenant holds over land a registered long lease, as defined in the bill.
