Adult mental health Angus HSCP to PAC 4 December 2023

Mental health and wellbeing support in Primary Care, based in GP Practices Action 15 and the Primary Care Improvement Fund have funded mental health and wellbeing peer workers in every GP Practice in Angus since 2020.
