Legislative Consent Memorandum on the Cultural Objects (Protection from Seizure) Bill (UK Legislation) - Introduction

These recommendations relate to a wide range of topics that the Taskforce believe would have a positive impact on tackling the drug problem faced in Scotland and ultimately save lives. Some of these recommendations date back to April 2020.
