The Committee is content for the Scottish Government to give its consent for the UK Ministers to lay a Statutory Instrument in the UK Parliament on the following instruments:
The Ionising Radiation (Basic Safety Standards) (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018; and
The Justification Decision Powers (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
I feel that I should say that the Scottish ministers will always take decisions in the best interest of Scotland, taking into account the full impact of any such decision.
The point that I was making was that, if a Palestinian is shot and there is no accountability, surely the member would accept that that is not compliant with what a normal country would do in holding criminality to account.
We have continued to provide support for priority family groups, with lone parents who are predominantly women, remaining the largest cohort (55%). While female participants account for a lower proportion of all participants (46%), they account for a majority of the parent subgroup (70%).
