I have always supported devolution and I welcome the fact that the Conservative party in Scotland now pursues that policy.We can all sign up to the main priorities that are outlined in the primary care modernisation group's report. If it was a serious crime, a senior investigation officer would be appointed fairly quickly. That officer would then take command of the investigation and there would be a process involving the collection of the relevant evidence, which would be fed into the computer system.
