(4) The Council may issue recommendations to a fundable body following a study carried out under subsection (1). (5) The Council may publish any recommendations issued under subsection (4) as it considers appropriate. 10 (6) Before publishing any recommendations issued under subsection (4), the 1 Council must consult the fundable body to which the recommendations have been issued.”.
