The EU Research and Development Programmes Revocation EU Exit Regulations 2021
The SI was thereafter delayed by the UK Government for the following reasons:
• Laying the SI in 2019 risked confusing stakeholders unnecessarily while having no practical impact because at that time, the Withdrawal Agreement Bill was drafted to give domestic effect, until closure of programmes and projects committed under the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020, to EU regulations and decisions which related to those programmes and projects.

Scottish General Election (Coronavirus) Bill - Reserve power of Presiding Officer to postpone 2021 election
If the Presiding Officer wishes to postpone for a reason related to Coronavirus, he must be satisfied that the Parliament could not meet safely to legislate to change the date of the Poll. As such we recognise that the provision is unlikely to be invoked given the ability for the Parliament to meet virtually.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill - What will the Bill do?
Require new and old legislation to be read wherever possible in a way that is compatible with the UNCRC requirements; where this is not possible:
courts will be able to 'strike down' old incompatible legislation (being legislation which pre-dates the Bill), meaning that it no longer forms part of Scots law; or,
make a declaration that new legislation (being legislation which post-dates the Bill) is incompatible with the UNCRC.
