Now that we have completed consideration at stage 2 of the Transport (Scotland) Bill, it is worth reflecting on the considerable input the committee has made into the bill during our past few meetings.At stage 1 we produced a comprehensive report on the bill, which laid the groundwork for the subsequent chamber debate and our stage 2 proceedings.
