To ask the Scottish Government what progress it has made towards its commitment to put in a public sector bid for the ScotRail franchise when the current contract expires in March 2022. A public sector bid would only be relevant if there is another rail franchising process in Scotland under the UK government railway legislation.

The Resource Efficient Circular Economy Accelerator Programme is a multi-year intervention that is expected to run until the end of 2022. Any unspent funding will be allocated in future phases of the programme to grant applicants, to act as a catalyst for innovation and to embed a circular and sustainable Scottish Economy.
In 2018 the Scottish Government confirmed that transitional relief would be maintained for eligible properties for the full five-year period between the 2017 and the 2022 revaluations. S5W-23738

As set out in last month’s Programme for Government announcement, we plan to expand our electric charging infrastructure between now and 2022. This is one of the number of actions to meet the target to phase out the need for petrol and diesel vehicles by 2032.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5W-03360 by Keith Brown on 12 October 2016, with which business organisations and financial institutions it has met to date, and on what date each meeting was held.
I agree that we should use the most relevant, appropriate and up-to-date data, but if a housing officer in Fife goes into a house and sees dampness, that needs to be sorted.
