Work of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee 2021-22 - Legislative Consent Memorandums
While outwith the period of this report, the Committee subsequently wrote to the UK Government to ask, given these themes, what it considers when seeking a delegation of powers to UK Ministers in devolved areas within the competence of the Scottish Parliament and whether it takes into account the points raised by this Committee in its work. It received a response in August 2022 and has since written to the Minister for Intergovernmental Relations.
