Last year, we published an updated action plan, building on the successes that we have had to date. At the same time, we recognise that there is still much more work to be done.

However, the smaller organisations provide vital support, and they have stood up during the pandemic and done things that one would not imagine. Some of them became food banks or delivered medication, and some helped people to get money or just maintained contact with them.
