We have repeatedly called on the UK Government to use all the powers at its disposal to tackle this cost of living crisis and to provide appropriate energy bill relief to sport and leisure facilities.
Revenue Scotland and Tax Powers Bill: Stage 1 Agenda item 2 is the continuation of our stage 1 consideration of the Revenue Scotland and Tax Powers Bill, as part of which we will also consider the most recent update on the implementation of the Scotland Act 2012.
We have overall responsibility for health and social care support policy in Scotland and have published clear social care standards setting out what people should expect when using health, social care or social work services in Scotland.

Local authorities also have powers to inspect properties in relation to the repairing standard and rights to make an application to the Tribunal in respect of this were introduced through the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014.
