I would hope that I would be able to tell you a start date within a reasonable time. The start date will have to be the start of an academic year, so clearly it cannot now be the start of the academic year 2012-13.

The Scottish Ministers have no properties not in use from 1999 to 2004. For the period 2004 to present date the Scottish Ministers have one property: Jeanfield House, 4 Jeanfield Road, Perth which was vacated in February 2004.
