To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S4W-08924 by Kenny MacAskill on 20 August 2012, on what date it will report the findings of the consultation that closed on 6 June 2011.

The Scottish Government is presently considering review of the guidance on site management. An exact date of publication cannot be confirmed at the current time.
Consider the recent appointment of the governor of Bank of England. The Bank of England is an independent body, but the appointment of the governor was seen as a very important step that some would say was unduly politically influenced.
