Delegated powers provisions in the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 - Annex B - correspondence with the Scottish Government

Those provisions expired on 30 September 2021. On 1 October 2022, the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022 again increased the length of the moratorium against diligence created by Part 15 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 from 6 weeks to 6 months.
