Does that mean that the UK Government has given no assurances that the £160 million denied to farmers in Scotland, including those in my constituency, will be returned to Scotland, that a future funding formula will be fair to Scotland’s interests and that the full value of current direct farm support will be provided by the UK Government to the Scottish Government after 2022, once its guarantee runs out? Keith Brown is right to raise the matter.
