Key Issues for Session 6: COVID, Climate and Constitution - What role do parliaments have?
Alongside the formal talks, there are significant opportunities to explore and highlight the unique role of parliaments, and related opportunities for legislators to work together to drive international and domestic action.
The Scottish Parliament, which has previously demonstrated cross-party consensus on the need for more climate action, will host an International Legislators’ Summit to discuss the climate emergency on 5 and 6 November 2021.
