Code of Conduct for MSPs - proposed revisions to implement the recommendations contained in the Joint Working Group's Report on Sexual Harassment and Sexist Behaviour - Protection of identity of alleged victim

The Committee also agreed that the non-disclosure requirements set out in the Code should be extended to require members not to disclose the identity of an individual who was the subject of a complaint against a member in relation to that member’s behaviour.
