Network Rail anticipates that the liquidation of Carillion will have no impact on the cost of the project or the scheduled project completion date of March 2019. S5W-14298
That is a guarantee that they can bank on in these uncertain times. We are also taking action to consider longer-term rights for Scottish citizens who are living in the EU to access further and higher education student support.

To ask the Scottish Government what progress it has made towards its commitment to put in a public sector bid for the ScotRail franchise when the current contract expires in March 2022. A public sector bid would only be relevant if there is another rail franchising process in Scotland under the UK government railway legislation.
