I presume that the Treasury rules have had to be changed to shift the fossil fuel levy money into the green investment bank’s working capital. I do not think that sufficient detail is available on the green investment bank’s status to provide a clear answer on that.

There is a 90-day target period for paying valid Rural Priorities claims, i.e. from the date on which all the necessary supporting documentation is in place. 3.
